DO YOU WANT TO BE GREAT?

The Bible is filled with paradox. Jesus is the mighty King of kings, yet He came to earth as a helpless baby. He is the Lamb of God and the Lion of Judah. If you want eternal life, you must die to self. If you want to receive, you must give. If you want to be exalted, you must humble yourself. And if you want to be great, you must serve. In God's kingdom, the way up is down. God is searching for those who would rather serve than be served. He is looking for those who desire to make the name of Jesus famous rather than make a name for themselves. 2 Chronicles 16:9 says, " For the eyes of the Lord roam to and fro throughout the earth, seeking a heart that is faithful to Him that He might fully support it." Assuming the position of a servant isn't popular. But there is endless joy to be found when you serve others.
